Unlawful deductions

It cost us a lot of banking fees to try and stop this unlawful deductions. If we reverse the deduction, it goes down on another date - two days later. We are up in arms with these deductions. It is unlawful to deduct these monies. We do not want this and how will we be refunded for all banking fees. If we reverse and stop payment at the bank, it just goes down on another bank account. It's unlawful.
