Ucount card still not delivered

After the complaint that I previously logged I was promised to receive my ucount card last week, still no card, no feedback nothing, the last time I spoke to the standard bank consultant-wakita she told me that their courier company dont deliver in Mabopane, I really do not know what to say but what I know is that the service is really bad. I guess customers no longer come first anymore.
