One year later... and still, no word from Hollard. They are happy to dismiss this incident as my improper maintenance of my vehicle.

Good morning Lynn,

I am still awaiting a satisfactory answer to the issues I raised. My concern is primarily that I had to replace the battery in my car and I contend that it was the installation of the drive mate unit that necessitated this. In support of that contention is the observation that I have had no hassles with my car since the drive mate unit was uninstalled, and there were certainly no issues before it was installed.

Like I said previously, I find it offensive that Hollard, as a means to avoid liability, claims that my car isn't satisfactorily maintained.
