I called into the CC on Saturday the 2nd of November 2013 to cancel my cover with Miway. The CC agent was very friendly and stated that the cancellations department was unavailable and that she will send them a message to contact me on the 4th (Monday). No call yet and I still want out. I hope you will not be using this as a loop hole to say that communication was given late and that have to spend another month with you. I remember bragging about how efficient you were but this seems to be slipping now.
