Still indebted after DO went off

My debit order for loan repayment successfully went off on 4th November 2013 as promised, but looking at my account today it indicates that I'm still indebted to Wonga.
my bank statement (4/11/2013) will confirm that the amount of R2969, 50 was in fact deducted off my account. I cand send it to You

I even received an sms from Wonga confirming that the funds were successfully collected
PLS RECTIFY MY ACCOUNT ASAP PLEASE
