Can't give proof that they pay your creditors

I joined debtbusters in July this year, did everything they asked me 2. I gave them my new banking details so they can take the "so called" money to pay my creditors, after 4 months nothing is pd. Numerous e-mails no response they can't show me proof that it is paid. When u phone they r offline. U r not allowed to talk to a manager or supervisor coz they don't take calls conveniently. Very bad service. They r quick 2 take ur money but can't respond to ur messages or complaints or sort it out.
