NPDA
Quick to place debit orders, but dont distribute

As per the agreement, NPDA has been debiting my account with the agreed amount for the past 3 months.
How do I know that my creditors are being paid, because they are still calling me and requesting payment
Even saying that they will remove me from debt counselling if they don't get payment.
So what are you and npda doing with my money because I cannot pay for something every month yet my creditors are not Being paid???
I want proof that they are receiving the monies every month not that stupid statement that they send monthly that proves nothing, because according to my creditors they have not received anything and I have done further research which proofs that none of my creditors have been paid in 3 months.
If this is the kind of problem that I have to deal with than I will have to withdraw from debt councelling and pay my creditors myself!

Please advise urgently, as I am ready to report this matter to the NCR as it is a irregularity, I know my rights and the status of my accounts and This is unaccaptable!!!
