MISLED BY THE BANK

I have an account with african bank which i got through opening an account with furniture city for buying a corner couch. In october i received about 2 smses from African Bank indicating that clients would be give a 'cash back bonus' if they settled their loans in full. i then managed to male a settlement of about R12000 which was the balance at the time and i was informed on the phone by an African Bank official of this 'cash back' story. However after settling my loan i have not received a word from african bank. When i call im taken from pillar to post. The bank misleads its client and dont deliver on their promises.
