I have informed African Bank of my current situation which is voluntary surrender of my estate. They keep on phoning me and sending me sms's. I am sick and tired of it! I have asked (begged) to confirm my e mails, but I get ignored. This has been going on for almost a year. I have used [Email Removed] as well as [Email Removed] during the last six weeks, as per telephone conversations. No one can confirm these mails at African Bank. In the mean time I get overwhelmed with phone calls and text messages. Are they not communicating the info, or what is the reason for this? According to me it is against the Credit Act to bother any client the way African Bank does! I am reporting this on the website, as I have no other alternative at this stage. My next step will be the Ombudsman. Please help???
