I had credit card with african bank with a limit of R2500, I lost my job and faxed a letter to african bank south Gate.
When I finally got a job I paid back R11 871.66 it took african bank a month before I could get my paid up letter. They sent it to me on the 20/03/13. Till today I have not been removed from itc and when you call african bank you get put to every department they have and they are not help full at all. Can someone please tell me when will they update on their systems that i paid them off.
