Unable to remove vehicle finance quote

I was trying to apply for a personal loan with african bank and they told me that there is a veicle finance quote in my name from african bank. I tried contacting the department (VF) half the day and i couldnt get through. I spoke to several consultants and they all gave me different numbers for the division (imagine the airtime i utilised). i spoke to a team leader in the sales department and he sent them an email where he ccd me, asking them to remove the quote as i do not want vehicle finance but i want a personal loan. They did not reply to that mail and i personally mailed them and asked them to remove the quote as i did not want it but they still did not reply to me. This is not acceptable service as i also work for a financial institution. Please remove the quote as i urgently require the funds
