Not hard to believe but after the first complaint i launched on this matter it is another month later and no progress or result has come from it.

I was told on the 17th Of Oct 2013 that my claim was received and the process of pay out has started, the mail i received stated that they then waited upon a successful tax directive from SARS before a payment would be made. This process then went on for over the 10 to 15 days as promised, i have to constantly email the respective administrator to receive feedback. I finally spoke to Christa Bothma and had to hear that the same process i've been told had been actioned on 17 Oct, is still or not completed and i now have to wait an additional period.

This is a joke of note, i have never in my life dealt with such unprofessional people. Not to mention that i am in the mean time incurring the financial damage of promises that i have made to respective receivers.

I have to carry the excuse that the merge of their company is what is causing this delay, how does that become my problem. This is not acceptable and i will not stand for this excuse. I need someone to sort out this delay as i refuse to wait any longer and i refuse to accept this.
