DELAY IN CLAIM PAYOUT

My last day with my employer was the 22/02/2013. I received a sms a week later informing that they received my claim and that they will start to process it. That was 6 weeks ago. I contacted a consultant on the 03/04/2013 and was informed that my claim has been dormant on their system and nothing had been done on my claim. The consultant was unable to inform me why, nothing was done to my claim and that it would be marked as URGENT. Yesterday the 04/03/2013, I again received another sms informing me that I am to now wait 10 more days, which is unacceptable. This morning 05/04/2013, I called and spoke to another consultant who informed me that they are only now de-investing my claim and have not paid out to the Tax office as yet, which will take another 4 to 6 weeks. I have already waited 6 weeks. Alexander Forbes are quick to deduct funds from their clients, but when it comes to paying out, there are endless problems. I am disgusted by the service of such a well known International company, in how they handle so many clients claims. refuse to wait any longer for my clam to be resolved, and would like this issue to be resolved immediately.
