So I have been dealing whit this since beginning of September. It started when I called the help line and I asked where I can send my claim withdrawal form, I was then told to forward it to a info email address. So after sending it I did a follow up mail but never got a response, a second mail was send with no response, I tried calling and asking some one to please assist me which was a huge mistake as I got transferred all over the show, I even ended up in IT who actually got me talking to some one who got me some help, it turned out that they never even got my email and was discarded, but now finally I got some help and it seemed I was talking to the right person. But guess what after send all my info again time pasted by and nothing was happening, so now I had to call again and resort to being mean and unpleasant to who ever gets my call after that unpleasant discussion everything was directed to Elize Bothma, Nomfundo Jobela and Charlene Erasmus. I have to constantly call and follow up to get any thing done and get feed back from them I am at a point of begging and it is now 3 months and nothing is getting done.
