Unethical conduct

I was given a settlement quote on the 29th Oct that's valid till the 5th Nov and I settled the balance (R 31 023.99) on the 31st Oct, but this institution went on to debit the normal installment (R 1 365) now I want that installment refunded as I have settled the balance. This is really unfair and I will be taking this matter as far as I can, the media banking ombudsman and even consult an attorney.
