Premium deducted yet the car had been settled

My car was involved in a car accident, in february, my insurance settled the account, however it was picked up that they used the claim number instead of the account number, settlement as per my understanding was inclusive of feb installment, however the bank also deducted the installment for march.
i have emailed the bank requesting them to refund me the installment for march as the payment was done on the 20th of feb.
i have not recieved any feedbank from the bank with regards to my querry and yet if i had missed a payment they would be the first to hand me to the debt collectors,
i plea that webank refunds me the installment for march with immediate effect.
