I received an email notification of a policy increase from Ms Mabanda that is more than ten times above inflation. I needed to speak to her about this on Friday 1/11/13 but could not get hold of her after more than five attempts. This morning her colleague answers the phone and put me on hold until the phone went silent. Is this what Alexander Forbes is about?
