No clear feedback on claim

This is the second time I post here, as my previous post was ignored, and I do not know why.
On Sunday October 06, I submitted all the necessary documents needed for a claim, for a cell phone I had lost to a Markham shop in Centurion Mall. Then on Wednesday October 09, I got a call from the Markham shop giving me a choice between3 cell phones because the one I lost is no longer in the market. I went to the shop on the 10th but never got a phone because she was waiting for an email from Finrite (a package order) they told her their systems were down. I then decided to leave asking her to call me as soon as she receives the email. I called on Saturday October 12 to find out the progress of the claim, and I was told the lady who was helping me is off she will return on Wednesday October 16.

Then on Monday October 14, I got a call from the Markham shop from a different lady who told me that Portia; the lady who was helping me with the claim was given wrong information, my claim has not been approved yet, she assured me that as soon as she hears from Finrite she will give me a call. Up to today I am still waiting and paying for this insurance but not getting any joy.
