Wait on the phone for more than an 45min

Phoned in to get funds cleared from international payment and get messed around and transferred to 5 different people but get told that they cant assist me now, that call cost me more than what the amount is that we were expecting payment, but to top it off this is not the 1st time we've had a payment like this and it was same day, then also get told they will phone me back. Till now no one has phoned so i had to make the call again, The total time spent on the phone has now been 1hour and 52 min, who pays for the calls? its me and they just don't care. this is the worst customer service i have ever had in my life.
