Yesterday I noticed that my debit order had bounced due to unforeseen circumstances. So I made a plan and got some money into my account. Phoned Nashua Mobile to arrange they EFT the amount again as now there were funds available. Got the runaround from about 4-6 people who kept putting me through to "Maxi", but Maxi never answers. Eventually I was told that they would EFT the amount and Maxi would phone me back to confirm. Today I get an sms saying that my line will be cut due to none payment. So i phone again. This time i speak to 5 different people who keep putting me through to Maxi. (who handles my account) Maxi still not answering, still hasn't phoned back. Eventually i get told Maxi's line is broken. Want to speak to the manager... Nope, manager in meeting. Then I want to know if Maxi can't just come to the working phone. Lo and behold, Maxi is also now in a meeting, but Maxi will do the EFT and phone me back... Still haven't heard anything. This is ridiculous! What is going on? If i want to make payment I get the runaround, but if i don't make payment, you guys are fast to cut my line. HORRIBLE Customer Service. When my contract finishes, i won't be coming back! Sort this out please
