Steeling money - journal debit

Absa took money from my account on the 1st of October 2013 without my consent, journal debit, I contacted their legal department and apparently they said they are allowed to. I am on debt review cause I struggle, I have to look after my whole family cause of circumstances then they still take our food money,
What type of people does something like this? I see numerous complaints about this on hellopeter Attorneys phoned me once last year to say I owe them money, I gave them my debt review people's contact details and said they must contact them they will pay them and they never did!! the other company I owe money never complain cause my debt review pays the every month if the follow the correct procedure they would get their money as well instead of steeling!!! Absa is the worst bank ever no compassion for struggling people!!! You are poor people
