FNB TEMOPRARY LOAN NOT RELIABLE

I have been taking up temporary loan with FNB and ive been paying it up very well keeping my account up to date, suddenly this month when i need it more than ever its not available. How does this work, can you not rely on your own bank youve had a relationship for years??? is it time to change a bank???
