Temporary Loan always available then gone

Hi,

I have often made use of the temporary loan with FNB then when my salary is paid the fll amount plus charges is immediately deducted.

I have always fully paid this before the due date, now all of a sudden it is saying my Patinum account does not qualify.

Why is this - I keep with FNB because they trust me and I them, now all of a sudden I cant make use of services that have always been available to me.

My mother is in hospital in a critical condition and desperately need my banks help.

Is it time to change to anoter bank?
