I am appalled at the service received and the handling of my claim.
It has been close to a month and my claim is still not finalized. I have been sent from pillar to post requesting to close off my claim and replace or reimburse me for my items. I have received bad attitude and been made to feel as though having my home broken into and my items was my own fault!!!
I am truly frustrated and angry, when my premiums are deducted from my bank account every month there is no hassles there but my first claim with Dial direct this is the poor level of service that I receive.
