LAST MONTH I GAVE ABSA THE INSTRUCTION TO PUT r1140 INTO MY INITIATION FEES. MY STATEMENT SHOWS THAT THE AMOUNT IS IN ADVANCE ..

WHAT THE ARE YOU PEOPLE DOING. CAN YOU NOT FOLLOW A SIMPLE INSTRUCTION.
AND THEN WHEN I CALL THE CALL CENTRE THEY FOREVER TRANSFERRING ME AND THEN THE LINE GOES DEAD. I DON'THAVE TIME TO SIT ON THE CALL FOREVER TO CORRECT YOUR STUPID MISTAKES AND THEN GET CUT OFF. I TOLD THE GUY IF HE TRANSFERS ME I WILL GET CUT OFF AND HE SAID NO. FOR THE LAST TIME SORT OUT YOUR TELEPHONE LINE AND CORRECT MY ACCOUNT!!!
