Poor service - claiming through Dial Direct

I am appalled at the dissatisfaction of poor customer service received from Dial Direct and their staff namely Juanitha Shkaidy & Adriaan Venter. I feel empathy with Dial clients when attempting to claim. I was involved in a MVA with a Dial client that went through a red robot on the morning I was taking my 2nd hand car for a service. Almost a month after complying with what they need and no response. The driver that collided with me was a learner driver according to the police report. She was not with a licensed and did not have a licensed driver next to or behind her in the car. She appeared to pay a bribe to Metro as I was not allowed to go near her at the scene and was quickly taken away by the Metro cops whom did not allow my son Robert Trivett to even get her details who arrived on the scene to aid his Mom. The poor service is pathetic. I have done all I can to lodge a claim against her. To date the only response I received is that I went through the red robot and not vice versa. According to this statement they are looking for reasons to avoid paying the claim. Do the maths Insurance company? Do I need the ombudsman to explain this to you? customer service? please help!
