Does anyone ever answer the landline?

Hi there,

I have been trying to get hold of a staff member at the Brooklyn Mall FNB branch. However, the landline (012-460-9202) continuously rings, yet no one answers!!! I even had RB Jacobs (who replies to Facebook posts) call this branch, and even his call was not answered!

Sort this out, FNB!!!

Also, your website still reflects this branch as being located at Steven House, Fehrsen Street. Update the details. This branch moved into the Brooklyn Mall in 2012!
