They just dont care - limt increase

I opened a personal loan with sbsa on 18th and asked just for r20k when i qualify for over a r100k. on Monday, Oct 28, 2013 10:53 AM is sent an email to Innocentia (prestige banker) to ask if it is possible that they add a r5k to my limit to make it r25k, knowing that the repay amt will slightly increase too. there was no response, later i called and she called back after my missed call and asked her to respond to my email later. next morning got her one line response"We can only increase the loan after six months" found that rude and unprofessional, no greetings, no other option for client to recommend, no signature. called the prestige line and was told after explaining myself that the branch can write a motivation to credit and it can be done. emailed Inno again with prestige center on Tue 2013/10/29 09:24 AM, today is thurs 31 oct 8h56am and i still have not received a response from anyone. i am sbsa cust from when i was at varsity in 1996, outstanding credit rec, affrodabilty great, have all sorts of accounts with them, but get such service. this morning i called branch cc who transfered me to prestige line held for 12min until i hung up - neeeded to esclt to manager to no luck
