Shocking Service from Mi-way

I am exteremely dissapointed in Mi-way insurance.

It all started one day whilst i was driving, i got a call from a mi-way consultant,
i took the time to pull over and listen to them whilst they convinced me to CONVERT my insurance
over to them. I thought why not, as they made it sound so simple, and worth my while

As time went on, i soon discovered that this was infact a bad decision on my part, i am going into
the 3rd month of premiums off my account yet i'm still getting SMS's from Mi-way insurance
telling me that they have not yet recieved my inspection. I called numerous times and was assured they
would contact "Auto-whizz" and that it would be sorted, but clearly someone is not doing their job
in the paperwork department. its a pity after all this effort i now need to revert back to my previous insurance.
