Good day,

Nearly 3 weeks ago I submitted a claim to Auto & General. Have had aboslutely zero feedback apart from the place that was meant to fix my car. They also just called this once and said somebody would contact me as to when I need to take my car in to be repaired and to date have heard absolutely nothing! This is shocking seeing as I have to pay more than half on my car being repaired seeing the insurance only pays a part.

Think I made a huge mistake moving my insurance over to Auto & General and think I need to start looking for new insurance because to even wait 3 weeks for anything is shocking and not worth my while.

Sure I could have fixed the car myself and would have paid less and had it done much quicker!

PLEASE EVERYBODY RE-THINK HAVING INSURANCE WITH AUTO & GENERAL!!!
