EFT's not clearing

I have had money transferred into my account from other standard bank clients 4 times now. The transfer has only been immediately reflected once. Immediate reflection of same bank transfers seems to be the industry norm across all other major banks so I think the fact that Standard bank cannot provide its clients with the same level of service is ridiculous. I have banked with Standard bank since I was 13 but I will be moving all my accounts to a different bank after yet another day of delayed transfers.
