Rejected insurance claim - thunderstorm damage

On the 10th October in Pretoria we had terrible thunderstorms and high wind speeds, which resulted in my bordering wall to fall down. After your assessor had come to view the damage the finding is ridiculous. Standard bank does not want to pay for the wall to be fixed with our home loan only being 2 years old because they say the assessor says the wall fell down due to the sand from the neighbours yard. I find that hard to believe as the sand does not reach from the top of the wall which is the part that fell down and not the bottom. I would appreciate it if someone would come to re assess the damage. When the home loan was taken out with STD Bank and the evaluator came to view the house before anything, it should have been noted then. This is in the bank's interest to have this fixed as it is your investment until we have completed the payment of the home loan. Also noting, that this is insurance that we pay for on a monthly basis and the claim and now been rejected.
