More than 2 months for 3rd party claim payout?!! @!

3rd Party claim logged on 29/08/2013 and the member involved claimed 100% responsibility in the report / statement. Virgin has wasted so much of my time by asking me to get additional 3 quotations on my vehicle and then advised that they will not be considered as only 2nd hand parts can be used. Shaeda claimed that she received the documents but can take 30 days for pay out. I was told to wait indefinitely and then asked to complete the bank form and get certified. Then was advised it was not acceptable as it was credit card details (advised by Virgin), then sent through cheque acc information and was told by Virgin it is ok, then after 2 weeks been told that Shaeda was on leave for one week and then told system was offline then now been told again to get another certified information at FNB AGAIN!

I have asked and queried numerous time when it comes to payment, banking details etc. You either brush me off with 1) receiving the documents late 2) system offline 3) waiting for feedback / authorisation 4) banking details not accepted. Every time I make sure I asked the questions when I send all the information through and I have been told to wait and wait and wait. THE WORST SERVIC
