Being billed for an a cellphone contract that I do

I recently requested a credit report from Experian only to find out that I have been listed by Real People Cellular for a cellphone contract I didn't even apply for. I don't even know of this Cellular company and have noticed that I am not the only that is experiencing problems regarding this issue someone has to do something about this company. They are defrauding people, please help.
