FRAUDLENT ACCOUNT NO FEEDBACK

On the 20th December 2012 Real People deducted funds from my bank account in February they deducted twice and is when i decide to do my credit report and it shows i owe Real People Cellular for a cellphone contract. I spoke to Siobhan from customer services asked me to faxed Copy of ID and Affidavit they will investigate. I am still waiting and I want this removed on my credit profile and my money back as I am sick of making numerous calls with no feedback whatsoever. I do not have a contract with you and I will never have as I do not deal with people with such incompetence. I want this removed and my f*cken money back as I am sick of making calls wasting my time and money
