2 Months counting to fix a car with no feedback

I made a claim to have my car repaired in August. I was told to take my car to Denttech for a quote which was emailed to Indwe and cc'd to myself. On the 19th of August I received an email from Michelle with the same quote attached with not even a "hello" in the email. It took so long to get any feedback that I had to phone in to find out when I could take my car in for repairs. The date they gave me was the 17th of September, so that was the first month wasted away just trying to book my car in. It is now the 29th of October and my car is still not ready yet and I still have had no feadback from anyone including Noelene Christians who I emailed me back on the 30th of August and still have not had any feedback as promised in her email. The car rental sent me a reminder that the car was due back on the 26th of October with an offer to extend the period. I was not sure if this was covered so I sent an email to Michelle requesting permission to extend the car insurance however I still to this day have not had any feedback at all. I asked the car rental to extend the period to next week the 30th of October because Denttech assured me that the car should be ready by then... Not so.
