Phone not repaired. Poor/Non existent feedback

Booked Samsung S2 phone in on the 7 August 2013 for repairs as it would intermittently power off. Quote was given to replaced LCD, which I queried. Battled to get feedback and had to repeatedly phone in myself as the repair center would not phone back when they said they would. This is the first problem - poor feedback. Asked them to reasses the phone to make sure its the LCD as it seemed strange that the LCD would cause the phone to power off. Never got the feedback. Gave up and made the claim.
Eventually they told me to contact c cover as the phone was covered. Sent in claim, and no feedback. Phoned c cover a week later, was told it would be processed that day. One week later nothing, phoned in again and only then did they approve and process. Eventually got the sms that the phone was avialble for pick up 23 August, almost two months later, Second problem - Phone still has the same problem. Intermittenly just powers off. Third problem - I use the smart phone for business and cant be without it for another two months.
Fourth problem - Poor feedback again - Phoned yesterday and today to discuss the problem of the phone powering off, still no phone call or message back.
