Disgusting Support Offered by FNB

I travel a lot and am hardly in SA. I need to receive a payment from another country and asked the customer service team for information required by the senders bank (Swift code, IBAN Number and Bank Address). this Query was sent on the 15th of October 2013. Today is the 29th of October, and after 3 follow up emails, 1 telling me to phone the forex division - I have now received only 1 third of the information i requested!

For a bank that promises1 point of contact and says they are here to help - this level of service is beyond shocking! Their website promises feedback on email queries within 48 hours - not 2 weeks! How dificult could it possibly be to send me such simple information in just one email? or am i asking too much?

This bank does not deserve my loyalty any longer and I will be looking for a bank that really can help me.
