Super slow forex allocation and transfe

I had USD forex paid to me on the 2nd October, it was referred to my Investec account, unfortunately Investec is really slow in allocating your money at Citi Bank NY and always need a swift or proof of payment before they are able to trace the money. It is the 11th October today and after I send them the swift yesterday they were able to trace it today, telling me that will take another 48 hours before they could then transfer it to my Investec account. My friend who is at Absa bank received his money the 8th October in his bank account without any swift or proof of payment. Absa bank managed to find the money without the client standing next to them holding their hand guiding them on where the money is.

This is absolutely pathetic service from a "So Called" leading private bank.
