Accident happened on the 17th Oct 2013. Today is the 29th Oct 2013 all I know is vehicle is repairable. Have they started repairing vehicle. Waht is the outcome. I sent Daisy a email with regards to no feedback on repairs on my car. She returns a mail saying something totally different. I don't think she understands what to do in that dept. Sort this matter out as this is my 2nd complaint
