My foreman had a accident with my vehicle in June 2013.
Outsurance supplied me with a rent vehicle for the time being.
They said I could you the rent vehicle for a month. During the whole process the claim was approved and the car was written off.
I received an e-mail stating that they are going to pay out the claim and that I have 2 days then the rental car needs to be given back to Avis.

This is totally unacceptable, they told me that on the 17th July. The agreement was for a month. Now that the claim is settled they change the rules.
How is it possible for me to purchase a new vehicle on finance in 2 days. Everybody knows that this is not possible with all the documentation that needs to be send through then also I haven't started look at a vehicle yet.

I have to run a company and they don't seem to understand that this is not possible.
And I have to have a vehicle to run my business...
