Poor workmanship and Incompetence at its best

On the 6th of September'13 I claimed on this policy (777841680) for vehicle accident. The vehicle was sent to Westek Panelbeaters in Evander for Repairs. For 2 months we struggled to get information regarding the repairs from Richard (Assesor), Nadine (Consultant) and Repairer.

Eventually after over 2months pupportedly repairing my Bakkie, its not fit for driving. The speedometer, fuel level Gauge, Central locking on the other doors is not working.

They were several items that were from the bakkie to name just a few, Jumper cables, Wheel spanner socket, Extentions, Fuel etc. and I reported all this to the Repairer within hours of getting my bakkie.

Can someone from Budget please explain to me WHAT EXACTLY I INSURED FOR as you have not met your Legal obligations to repair my vehicle in an event of an accident with reasonable skills and to an acceptable standard. The bakkie its actually worse off than what it was before the accident.

Repairs are not even worth the R44 000.00 charged nor the R4 800.00 excess I paid.
