Excellent Service!!

I have to say that being with FNB and Standard Bank for so long, moving over to Absa was the best choice i could have made. I've heard from many people that Absa is expensive and that Absa is a bad bank but i have yet to see any Flaws what so ever in their performance or Attitude. walking into the Parow branch I found myself greeted warmly by the security guard of all people and then seeing a consultant who was so helpful and friendly. if there is anything funny in my account I promptly receive a phone call from absa in Bellville advising me on steps to take to resolve this in a way that feels like they are working for me and not like it is my privilege to be apart of the bank. Have to say Thanks to Renee Goliath at Parow Branch for her assistance in getting Our two accounts started and also to Colleen Bond Smith for sorting out my vehicle finance and to the lovely lady who helped me in getting a prime -1.1 on my loan Thanks a lot! Such great customer service and excellent people skills! Just brilliant!!!
