Wesbank wants me to pay them nd my isurace

22/10/13 I sent wesbank the following email,
my car is insured with virgin money insurance policy number is 250069849 . I honestly think this is a money making scheme because even if it wasn't insured it wouldn't be or rather shouldn't be a problem as I know that I signed a deal with Wesbank that I will pay back them back. so regardless of the car being or damaged I would pay the bank back in full.
s mokgobu" they responded to the email via email, the reason I sent this was because I received a letter saying dat if my car aint insured then I'll have to pay an x amount for not having insurance, Then they sent the following sms "Mrs Mokgobu, please forward. proof of your vehicle insurance to Fax: 0113513918, Email: [Email Removed] for the purpose of keeping your GMSA FINANCIAL SERVICES, a division of WesBank, finance records updated. Contact Tel: 0861000458" on da 24/10 I called nd spoke to magdeline who said she dd not receive any email. I tried to resend twice but it COULDN'T go through! I emailed others with success! They now say I have to pay
