1 month and still no new credit card

I had my credit card over a month ago and was told it would take 5-7 days to get my new one after cancelling it.

I specifically asked for my card to be sent to Rosebank (Johannesburg) and NOT Rondebosch (Cape Town) because on a previous occation it was delivered to the wrong place. Low and behold my card has been delivered to Rondebosch. I've spoken to the call centre agents twice to try and have it sent to Rosebank but still my card is sitting in Cape Town.

This happened the last time I needed to get a new credit card as well. Is there a problem with the system and how the agent indicates where the card should be delivered to - how can this be so hard to get it right?
