I recently lodged a complaint as I was misinformed by my premier banker, Sharon when I requested assistance in a dispute for a transaction to be reversed, she advised me incorrectly, I submitted all documentation to her and was assured that the transaction would be reversed in 5 working days, she never at any occasion inform me that it is not possible to reverse this transaction, this amounts to FNB not training their employees especially the premier banking staff, this is ridiculous. I received a call and email from a manager, Gary Wilson Power who stated that he was waiting for feedback from his head office, that was the last I heard of him, then the manager who I had a problem with, Rene Will emailed me saying that her staff, Sharon was not wrong, I should have guessed that they would try and hide the error made by their staff, and this means that Gary Wilson Power to me stating that he is waiting for a response from his HQ.FNB takes my money every month yet they don't want to reverse my money that a merchant has wrongfully, they are the worst bank people and they do anything to cover up their mistakes, I am now out of pocket how can one rely on a bank that cannot help their own client?
