I purchased airline tickets online and at the time I had sufficient funds available for the transaction, when I authorised the transaction I received an sms advising me that the funds had been reserved. On Wednesday morning I received an email advising me that I had been debited for two amount (total transaction value of both the flights), I then received another sms stating that if I do not adjust my funds my payments will be dishonoured as my account had gone into overdraft. Upon discovering this I contacted the premier suite and was advised that it was the airline's fault and I had to take it up with them. It took me 3 days to resolve when it turns out that it could have been resolved within the first day. I sent a complaint to the premier suite email address which requests feedback and have not heard back from them. I am very disappointed in the service i received. FNB upgraded my account and provided me with the services of this premier suite which i believe to be a big and just a reason to increase our bank charges!!
