I have placed an order at [URL Removed] and unable to proceed due to the fact that I am not getting an otp. I have logged the problem on, I have mailed [Email Removed] the reference number provided is 1-56401181 and the excuse they can't get me via phone. I am not looking for an excuse that you can't get hold of me if I responded via email. I have provided the information, and still waiting for my pin sms, as well as how this problem will be resolved. Seems [URL Removed] have incompetent individuals working there and lack in resolving problems. Rather close the option of using ebucks to pay for something if it's clearly not working and nobody is actually providing customer service or a solution.
