Not calculating ebucks

Hi this is my my problem and i am not happy, i mailed you and got a reply (Kindly be advised you earn 0.75% back on qualifying items from Makro and 1% back from Dischem, provided you swiped your eBucks card in store when purchasing. ) 792x0.75%= R5.94 that would be 59eB already more than the 32eB i have and i had 12eB from last month, i spent R202 at Dischem and it came down to 20eB, my fuel spend was R 1543x1%= R15.4 that is 154eB and a airtime spend of R175 that is 17 eB, there is no way i can have 32eB and if you say it will be calculated later why is ther 20 eB added but not the rest i want you to correct and give me the ebucks i earnd not some lame calculation, and on your website under earn with fnb i calculated my ebcuks and that is on black & white so you have no excuse at all
