I have tried more than 3 times since last year to purchase goods from [URL Removed]
Each time I attempt to pay for the Goods using Ebucks, the "Ebucks and Rands" option is unavailable. How can you advertise a feature such as this if it never works??!?!?!

The feature of the Ebucks service is prominently advertised in locations such as this one here [URL Removed]

Things to note:

1. There is no way to tell before placing an order at the Merchant that the feature is available or not.
2. Merchants have no way to allow you to change payment methods after the order is placed.
3. The only option is to cancel the order, and place it again not using Ebucks.

Please fix your broken service!! Outages that last more than a few days are unacceptable!
